2026 Empty Bowls - Sunday Supper Fundraiser

 Join us this October for the return of Empty Bowls, a beloved community fundraiser benefiting the Orcas Island Food Bank.

Last year's event brought together local artists, food lovers, and community members in a powerful celebration of creativity, connection, and food security. Thanks to its success, we're excited to bring Empty Bowls back October 4, 2026 at Orcas Center!

 We are currently seeking donations from local potters and ceramicists.

Artists are invited to donate 10–20 handmade bowls, each capable of holding approximately 2–3 cups of soup. These bowls will be featured during the event and taken home by attendees, highlighting the artistry and generosity of our island's creative community.

When pledging your bowls, please include:

• The number of bowls you plan to donate 
• An estimated value for each bowl 

All pottery donations are tax-deductible.

We kindly ask that bowls be delivered or available for pickup by October 1, 2026, to allow time for preparation and display.

Every bowl donated and every ticket purchased helps raise critical funds to support the Orcas Island Food Bank's mission of providing nutritious food and vital services to our community.
